People are saying nice things about our class.

My
two friends and I had a blast. Recipes were quite good. For each
menu item, the teachers had obviously tried out many good recipes
and then merged the best parts of them together into one delicious
formula. Recipes were never too complex and items used were available
at a regular grocery store. Instruction included tips on how and
where to find the freshest and best quality ingredients. The classes
are taught by regular, everyday, but highly experienced cooks ---
not snobby chefs. Great class, lots of fun

These ladies are teriffic and no doubt will have their own cable
show in the next few months or years. A great value and lots of
fun. Extremely knowledgeable...even about the smallest things. Four
stars also for serving inexpensive wine that actually tasted good
and I do know my wine.

This was a very enjoyable event. Recipes used were very simple yet
the food was delicious. I received a lot of good general cooking
tips. I would definitely attend another class and recommend to my
friends and family.

Yes, great class, good cooks, good food and wine, right number of
folks. They need to resolve the fire alarm problem though and get
approval for a hanging mirror so we can see the actual preparation
better. But those are building issues rather than class issues.
I'll go again when I can.

I loved the samples and the wine.

This was great fun. The ladies demonstrating the cooking were not
only enthusiastic about the different regional cuisines being demonstrated
but were also open to any sort of question along the way. They were
funny, to boot. I'm sure I'll attend another class.

I enjoyed the class very much. They were very patient w/all of us.
They were more than willing to answer any questions we had and they
even offered tips for purchasing different utensils/tools that we
should have in the kitchen. Oh and the wine wasn't too shabby either.
